Annoying call asking for my 84 yrs old Momsounded like (Robocall) reported by


Sounded like a scam (push 1 if you are her 2 if you're not her).I pushed 2, so the computer hung up. Probably Vandy financial based on these reviews, but the computer recording I was talking to didn't hint at who was calling on my phone for Mom. She has her own phone. Glad to know who called on my private number.

If you are like me, every time Vanderbilt Billing sends a statement, it is the wrong price, overcharge, etc. Today, I get a call that you all did "If this is ____, push 1" But, it's "Just Vanderbilt Billing, letting me know that they mailed me a bill for $12. It probably didn't get there yet but we are just checking if your address is correct." What??!! Who's idea is this? Why don't you notify me it's Vanderbilt Billing on your Robo-Call? Why are you wasting my time? So, how about we all call them every day for a week to verify that we have an appointment? Think they would like the extra phone traffic? NO! and neither do I. If you read this Vanderbilt Billing, why don't you spend that money to hire more accountants who can count instead of spam calling us for no reason.

Robocall asked "Is this *spells out my first name incorrectly*?"... then stated that "you have an oustanding balance with us". Who is us? They wanted me to press 1 to talk to someone about my "account". Never stated what company or my balance. I hung up.
