At first, it popped up on my aunt's computer as a security threat and to call the number for Microsoft. My aunt did, gave them remote access to the computer and gave them money. The computer still isn't right, even after we called the REAL Microsoft. Now they call all the time, saying that we are still at risk. Either they will hang up when I demand to be put on the no call list, or, like today, they argue. I got into a screaming match with a guy calling himself Alex, but who sounded as if he had a rudimentary understanding of the English language. He refused to stop calling, said he would KEEP CALLING, even when I said I would use them. I demanded to talk to his boss, he refused. NEVER call a number if it pops on your computer, even if it says Microsoft. Look up the real number yourself and get someone to remove their virus. Don't let them scam you. They will NEVER leave you alone.

They call every day sometimes two or three times they don’t talk and then I told him I don’t have a computer but they continue to call. And then when I tell him I don’t have a computer they want to hang up on me and then still call back again I am on the do not call list and I’m going to sue them
