Warrant scam (Scam call) reported by Panda

I received a voicemail from this number. The woman who goes by Tiffany Jones said she verified the number and address linked to it to belong to my brother. Said he has pending criminal charges. She provided a reference number and other info. What's messed up about it is my brother hasn't lived with me since before I got this phone number. And never at my current address. Im also aware that skiptracing websites list my brother as my husband. The message was received only two days after my local news reported scammers are threatening people with warrant calls, warrants removed after receiving a payment. Callers beware!!

I just got a call with a private number, they left a message to have me call them back at that number. Same situation, old bank account. Told them to Fu** off and they told me they would see me AND my mother in court. What exactly does my mother have to do with it? Lol

Just received a call today with same situation. Asking for my son that hasn't lived with us for long time saying there was a criminal charge and that they needed his address to get the documents to him and if he doesn't come to court on a specific date a warrant would be served. Son called them and they said it was regarding an old charge from 6 years ago from a bank. My son said he wasn't going for it and they hung up.
