Called left a message that they were from Apple support and iCloud support or they will be forced to cancel my iCloud account....To take to a support tech press 1...……… . I called the number back from a different phone....They answered in 2 rings "Apple Support" ...Proof right there they are fake.....I've called the real Apple number and it doesn't matter what time of day you call...YOU NEVER GET THROUGH IN 2 RINGS...….You usually have to leave your info and schedule a call back time and date...…… FAKE CALL...….

This energy bill scam operation calls every day and leaves a message. I called the number and asked to speak to a supervisor. Eric hung up on me. I called again. Spoke to Frankie ID number 3002. He hung up on me. Spoke to Kierra, she hung up. Spoke to Jody ID number 4111. She said she would put me on the "no call" list. Right. Then she hung up on me. The good news is that these people sure don't spend much time with you on the phone ...

This was a recorded telemarketing call stating that I can get a reduced rate from ComEd. Likely from one of those "alternative energy" companies.

Utility related (Scam call) reported by


Called landline 3Jan17, around 930A. Message said I was to call back as some kind of "break" on my utility bil was waiting for me. In my current living situation I don't see the bills, I simply pay rent. So--the woman(recording maybe?) couldn't possibly be legit, no utility company bills me. IDK, but maybe it's a scam in which they ask personal info, like SS#, in order to confirm your "discount". Maybe they even ask about your bank, and get your account info. Since no utility has billed me for nearly 2 yrs, they are throwing out a wide net, hoping to catch who they can. They can't save me money on a bill I don't pay. Be careful--give no info out.
