Didn't request the call, couldn't understand him, was on the phone at most about 45 seconds. I don't hear well and had to quiet things down around here and by 30 seconds later, he had hung up....

I plan to block this number. I expect any business to make 1 call & leave a detailed message with a clear call back # & all pertaining information. Then wait week before calling again with a last & finally call. No business should keep calling! These companies are breaking laws and getting away with it. I don't know who this caller is or why they continue to call but I will block them & any others who refuse to offer basic respect/ phone educate. Best of luck.
