Several Automated calls re Navient debt (Unsolicited call) reported by


Automated voice with a message for "Jessica Fish"(sp?) whom I do not know, have never known. After a couple of weeks, I returned the call to the number given (1 888 272 5543) and finally got to talk to a human being. However, I felt uncomfortable giving her my name, social security number and phone number because their system is already faulty (if it is legit) OR, more likely, not legit. After the third request "So have you ever received a loan through Navient or Sallie Mae? Then what is your social security number?" I hung up.
