You supposedly filled out a form, or made an inquiry looking for affordable health care options...(my response)uh,don't think so, as I've had dual health coverage since 2012....they claim you had done that or they wouldn't have your information sitting in front of them...(my response) About your claim, I have Not made any inquiries today, yesterday or Ever for that matter,so Please Remove my Name & Number from your database & consider this your ONLY notice any further calls from you, your company or associates will be considered harassment & subject to $10,000 fine per contact;under the FCC & FDCPA rules & regulations pertaining to unsolicited calling practices! Now,you have a Blessed day & wonderful Holiday season, Bye now!!...............I've Not received any more calls from this number....
