I called and setup a payment arrangement with Ally Financial and now they are calling me at work. It hasn't even been the 10 days to make the payment, not even a week.

they called me looking for my sister to get payment on her account. They even had the nerve to tell me to tell her to call them.....don't know how they got my number, she may have given it to them, but I told them I've had no contact with her for over 5 yrs and to remove my name and never to call me again.

I have made arrangements with Ally, but just was asked by my sister if I knew who the financial company was. I never gave them my sister's phone number, and I plan on contacting them as soon as I can and give them an earful. They are atrocious when it comes to keeping up with records after you've made an arrangement with them. They WILL still continue to harass you after you speak with them.

Bugs Mom: They are the worst organization to have a car loan thru. I have been having trouble with them since last September. I called asking them to grant me an extension which they agreed to. (You pay X amount on this date, sign some paperwork, and mail it back). I paid the x amount and waited for the paperwork. And waited. And waited until they started calling me constantly at my place of employment. When I explained to the person on the phone about the extension and I never received the paperwork they said they would resend it BUT the have problems sometimes mailing out the forms. WHAT? Fast forward to last December and I'm STILL fighting with these idiots because NO ONE who works there knows how to put paperwork in an envelope and mail it to me. I asked them to fax it to me BUT they still couldn't do that. I cannot stress it enough. This organization is TERRIBLE. I understand that I'm the one negligent on my car payment but after setting up arrangements to rectify the situation this company keeps dropping the ball. That is disturbing because I believe Ally Financial is a sub company of GM Financial. NEVER, I repeat NEVER get a car loan thru Ally Financial.

They keep calling me for the previous owner of my number. Unfortunately; after telling them NUMEROUS times I'm not who they're looking for, they continue to call asking for that guy!! Then if I ask them what's the call about they say they can't tell me if I'm not the guy they're looking for!! ID*OTS!!!
