Caller claimed to be from BMO (formerly Bank of the West). Caller claimed to be calling to confirm a charge I made on my LOCKED credit card. It's not the first time this guy called me. He has an Indian accent. The tipoff was him asking to verify my account by me reciting my full card number to him including the expiration date. No thanks, jackoff.

I was never asked if it was acceptable for Harris to phone me for rating purposes. This caught me off-guard and I suspected fraud so hung up. Not cool.
