COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!No live person to speak to, automated system says its experian fraud dept, system then ask you to verify your social security number then takes you to a voicemail that then asks you to state your full name, date of birth, address, previous address and (optional)phone number. The literally ask for all the info needed to open credit accounts up. Then the system hangs up on you as soon as they collect all the info. This scam has been going on for years with the same phone number, why hasn't anything been done about this???? It seems they also send out mail saying accounts have been applied for in your name but have been denied and to call this number to report fraud so they can collect your info. worthless scum of the world trying to take what doesn't belong to them.
