Commercial Credit Adjusters Ltd. This is the company that belongs to this number. It's a recorded message in french and english. They are illegally calling ever day and you can report them. https://www.ontario.ca/page/stop-collection-agency-calls#section-7. They do not identify themselves as any company or why they are calling the recording states "an important matter" again illegal. A collection agency must identify themselves and why they are calling.

They tell you they are from a collection agency and then when you ask for their company number ( just to make sure you're talking to an agent and not a scammer). They get all nervous and hang up on you.....didn't answer this time cause I read about them. Blocked it from my phone
