They called me on November 3, 2020 to schedule a yearly wellness check for November 6, 2020, then told me I would get a $100 giftcard 3 weeks after my visit. I never received my giftcard. It's now July 7, 2021, and even after calling they still refuse to speak on the phone. I want my card.
