Calls repeatedly, and now calling family members as well. Leaves message falsely claiming legal suit against me, falsely claiming there have been several attempts to deliver sealed documents to my residence. Threatening to come to my workplace and threatening jail time. Never gives name or company. (Agreed, sounds like the woman is under the influence of some sedative)

The individual leaving the vmail was beyond relaxed - like they took melatonin prior and it was kicking in right there. They stated there was a letter pending that had my name on it and it was signature required and that it was an upcoming action against me - that's it. Odd thing is, I have zero debt, always have, no pending suits or cases or anyone looking for me.

Same attempted to scam us for $3000 saying it was an old credit (Scam call) reported by Eddie
Attempted to get over 3000 dollars form us saying ti was an old credit card that was never paid.

This office tried to extort money from me by pretending to be a “debt collector agency “ stating that my old bill was going to set out a warrant for my arrest and I had to go before a judge in my state regarding this old credit card account which is considered “ a zombie account<“ becasue it is ver twelve years old.
