Bank of America phone number 877-364-8221. The customer service team will leave a message with their first and last name as well as a 6-digit extension. They reached out to me because I put in a complaint about a Home Equity Loan incorrect balance dating back 6 months on their facebook page. It is legit, at least for my issue.

Caller left voicemail in heavily accented english telling me there were fraudulent charges to my credit card. He didn't have the right name of my credit union or the right account number. Said to call back on 888-746-7539 and select option 4.
