lady claimed to be from American Process Dispatch 888-754-0365, wanting to serve papers to some guy I never heard of, who apparently gave my number as his number. I let my answering machine record the call. She was angry and sounded threatening. I called police, and an officer came over, listened to the recording, and made a report. The officer called the number and said there is no such person at the number they called, and to stop calling. The officer said the person she spoke with was not very polite. I have had this same phone number over 10 years, so either they made up this person, or they have been chasing him a long time, or it is a scam.

Knows my name. Gave a file number and a reinstatement. Wants me to call them back. To many, many bogus calls I hear on the news lately that these scammers knows your name, relatives name and so forth. I never called her back. I have two phone numbers (1) and (2) and this (1) phone number that they called, I only give it to non-important businesses like supermarket, stores, etc. where I get discounts. This (1) is the number that I get a lot of calls for telemarketers, scams, IRS, etc. almost everyday..My other phone number (2), I never got a scam or telemarketer calls at all.

Some lawyers that represent a LG & Assc Company to collect money for this so called AND that some company hired them and they are filing a complaint and kept asking me if I was @#$!@@? They call and say they are serving me with something because I owed someplace I've never dealt with and wanted me to pay them. i BLOCKED ALL THESE Scam Like Calls ........ 888-754-0365 People need to be cautious and carefull

lawyers that represent a bogus company to collect money (Unsolicited call) reported by Rusty & Christine
they call and say they are serving me with something because I owed someplace I've never dealt with and wanted me to pay them. I ain't buying it-they said they then wanted to talk to someone who was coherent, and I ended the call at that point

Same thing ... I had a voicemail because iPhone said might be scam so didn’t pick up but they left a message where they state they have some complain and legal court documents ..
