I was told by this so called, Lindsey Goodwin that she was coming to my home, have two forms of ID at 5:00pm. Good luck getting into the gated community. I will be filing this with the local authorities.

I have been getting relentless calls from one “Lindsey Goodwin.”. I don’t answer unknown numbers, but she left the same message as others have reported…….will be coming to my house at 5:00 on Friday….needs my signature…..id….etc. The only id she has for me is my birthday. My son returned their call and was told it was a credit card from several years back. I called the credit card company and was told my card was in good standing. I have worried about this too much; I am finished. I have already reported this to the local authorities, and I will follow up with the county attorney. This is the marking of a scam.

Some lady called me and my dad from 916-898-4525 telling me she had paperwork to serve me. She couldn't give me any information but left me the 888-768-9980 number to call with a reference number. I only got a voicemail.

I received the same call and called the number that they directed me to call. Did anyone ever get a return call from this so-called ADR Mediations with Karen, Paul, and some other guy? The voicemail on what is supposed to be a "law office" sounds very low-budget and scammy.

A woman called me stating she was going to serve me papers at my home. She gave me the number to call back ( 1-888-786-9980) with a reference number to find out why I was to be served. No answer just a voicemail stating they are a law firm.

Debt Collector Acting Like Legal (Debt collector) reported by


Paul Campanella is the main person name for the company calling from 888-768-9980 and Lindsay Goodwin is the so call processor that I missed the call from 470-508-1557. She left a voicemail ???????? with my name and birthday then proceeded to claim she was coming by my home and job to serve me by 5pm. Same thing was said in voicemail about having 2 forms of identification and my signature. She proceed to state if I had an issue reach out to 888-768-9980 with a reference number she left. I called the number back no answer. I called 888-768-9980, didn't state no name nor phone number. I advised that I don't appreciate being harassed and I know a real lawyer to handle them if needed. I've used them before and they represent GA/AL.

His name comes up as Paul Cambell (or Paul something of that sort) and he tried telling me that I have a claim against me by an over 10 year ago title place I use to go to and said I owed them money and they are taking me to court over but if I pay that set amount or 25% of it by 5pm that day, they would drop it and I would not have to go to court. The guy that originally called me first was from a Michael Vorlowski (last name may be spelled wrong) from a 312# and would say he's a liscenced server with (name) County and was coming to my address (an address that I hadn't lived in almost 10 years) or my work place 2 days after he called between 3 and 5pm and I would have to show my photo ID and needed my signature. Both of them would keep calling harassing about this situation, so I called the non emergency police of my state and they told me that people who get served WILL NOT get a call ahead of time telling you that you will get served and it was all a scam. On that note, that Paul guy DID have my social security number, so I had to call Transunion, Equinox, and Experian to have my accounts for my social froze until they could get to the bottom of this. THIS IS A DEFINITE SCAM, DO NOT FALL FOR IT LIKE I ALMOST DID!! Good luck and God speed!

Thanks for your review. I got a call from 916-898-4525 to my cell phone and my work number. A women mand Lindsey Goodwin said they have a certified mail and that they serve me by 5pm the next day at my home for place of work and needed two form of ID. She told me to call 888-768-9980 and provide a case number if I have any questions.
