Said they were direct tv and were going to change the satellite that sent our signal to our tv and they wanted to ensure that our picture quality did not change for the worse. They asked for my PIN number and I wouldn't give it to them. Said you called me you should know to whom you are speaking. He left the connection.

When they asked if my ATT and Direct TV service were working. I hesitated and they hung-up. If it were really ATT then they would not have hung up like that.
