I did not answer this call as it was an unknown number. This is the message. “Your local jurisdiction at this point I have made several attempts to deliver a certified document to your place of residence it's been to no avail we do only get two attempts to serve these basically the party that actually retained or hired our services at times we will use a automated system to try to connect to individuals that we had a hard time locating for whatever reason we were unable to deliver the certified document to you but is a test to your name and Social Security number and again it will be reported as being invasive if we cannot locate you to obtain signature within the next 48 hours again you can send the filing party you can either update your address with them or you may be able to work today more information as far as the nature of this document you have your bye-bye notified the day any questions call 888-840-3268 again 888-840-3268…”

said they were CCM out of Virginia. Answering machine different. (Scam call) reported by


Process server called to say they were going to deliver summons and that if they didn't hear from the complainant they would serve it and go to work as well Said H.R. and supervisor would be notified. They gave a number of 1-888-840-3268 who said they were CCM out of Virginia. When I called back after closing hours I got a voicemail for Legal Services at that number, and it also gave you the option to press 0 for operator. No one ever answered that. They did have someones last 4 of their SSN # on the message they left, but this just seemed like a scam. They don't call you before serving you anymore than the electric company will call before shutting power off that I have ever heard of.
