If they call you, call them back and demand they stop the recorded calls and remove you from the list. They’ll act like they aren’t recorded. Tell them you’ve recurved the same message multiple times over a few months. Tell them if you aren’t removed you’ll be contacting a lawyer. They’ll change their tone real quick and remove you

Left a message on our answering machine saying he's called multiple times and that he wanted to give us one last chance before the rates went back to a normal pricing. Everywhere I've looked shows this as a scam. Same exact message over a couple of months. Man that discount sure is long running.

This was an unsolicited call from "Paul" who wanted to inform me that my business wasn't showing up for Alex voice searches. He claimed he had tried me several times before and I had expressed interest. He has not, nor have I. Spam call and probably selling bogus services. Beware!
