Poor excuse for a fraud dept. Asked me 2 questions, I failed the second one, and they wouldn't ask me another. They decided I'm not me, which is infuriating given I'm trying to get them to correct their own mistakes.

This was likely a spoofed number. Got no answer when I tried to call back and the ring didn't sound normal either. Very questionable.
