If they are calling your cell phone you have the ability to block their number. If they call again usually it may ring only once and the call will be blocked and not allowed to continue.

This number has called my cell phone 55 times. They call multiple times a day. I have blocked the number. This is harassment and someone needs to put a stop to these robocalls. This is only 1 one many many many numbers that call. I have even gotten a call from my own phone number.
