They called at least 7-8 times. No one answered and they did not leave a msg.This morning I picked up the phone and find out that they were offering elderly care for a couple of thousand dollars. I figured out that was a scam.

Well, I don't think how you thought it was a "scam"? The company is A Place For Mom offers a free advisor who then gets you a customized list for your search location. Most communities start around a thousand dollars but care needs can make that go up, that is why they offer a free customized list. No scam there.

From "A Place For Mom"; i was looking for info on their web page, they want your number but as soon as you enter it, you will get a call within a minute. Big nuisance when you are just looking for info. i was called about 7 times before i finally answered it and found out who it was.

I contacted this service provider on website. They called several times because I don't answer calls when I don't recognize the number. Once they left a voice mail all was well.

Called asking for Flo. Called within 5 minutes asking again for Flo. I said no one here and asked how they got my number. Said sometimes people use phony numbers when requesting info and would take my # off list. Called again within the hour. I told them off (nicely). Called again next morning and I didn't answer.
