Called my cell # and asked for my wife by name (she doesn't use this number) Said he was a bill collector but I couldn't understand anything else he said. He spoke very poor English. And I know my wife has no debts. I told him not to waste my time and hung up.

This number is a scam. They tried to steal personal info and wanted info about me and my bank account. They asked for someone else initially and I told them they had the wrong number so they proceeded to ask for my name and then wanted all of my financial info, social security number etc.
