The caller ID was a VA number: 703-576-8814 Left a voicemail. Said the name of the person they are trying to contact regarding a serious matter that has been brought to her office. Gave a case number. A contact number (888-871-1648) stating that if the person fails to contact them then they will proceed without consent. "This call has been logged and is proof you were contacted and informed." They are looking for someone who died in 2019, so...Good Luck.

This phone number is a debt collector and they will not leave a voicemail so they always appear suspicious. This is a debt collector for physicians and hospitals. They do not have a website that I have found and give the appearance of being suspicious and totally illegitimate. If they are not a scam as they say...they should leave you a voicemail with a contact number, their number they call you from should be legitimate so you can call it back out of your caller ID, and they should have a website representing them with their mission statement.

We work with our clients to maximize reimbursement to hospital and physician providers.""R3 Dynamics is a debt collection agency. We are attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained would be used for that purpose.""

But called from 610-798-5667, It's about time that GOV really takes care of all this non-sense FRAUD and robo-calls and People wake-up NEVER P-Up ANY, ANY calls no matter what it shows on the ID.
