He wanted to charge me over 200$ to cover going over my data limit, he's crazy, I care for my elderly father and I use my wifi at home. I've not even made my data limit, I called my phone carrier and they said it was a scam...

The caller is trying to get you to say "yes". Don't fall for it. (Scam call) reported by C.
Called twice. Both times after I started my name he asked if this was me and when I just repeated my name instead of saying yes he hung up.

Asked if I hit his car. (Nuisance call) reported by 99.188.177.xxx
When I answered the phone it was quiet for a second and then the mans voice was real aggressive and he said “So you’re the one that hit my car?!”. I know I haven’t hit anyone’s car so I just hung up on the foolishness. I’m not even sure if it was a real person or recording but the voice sounded real.
