The woman tried to tell me my relative was in some kind of vague legal trouble and that I had to pay off their debt in order to stop the legal troubles. I called her **** and said I’m not paying no matter what, charge my relative and she immediately cussed me out and hung up the phone. It’s been 5 months now and my relative is doing fine. People, it’s a scammer trying to threaten people with vague legal or criminal trouble. They look up your public information online about who you are related to, home address, and any other info they can find to convince you they are legitimate. Don’t fall for it people!!

I did not answer the original call to me that came through as Ally F. (904-886-52xx). A Voicemail was left by a Robert Williams (866-891-88xx, ext. 1161482) saying he was calling regarding a Noel Francisco and to please call him back. When I called back and reached Mr. Williams, he immediately asked me for either my account number or social security number. I did not give him any information other than my name since I did not know who he was calling about and/or why. I don't have any relatives by the last name of Francisco. After I got off the phone, I did some research that brought me to this website. Apparently Ally does allot of cold calls or scam calls or whatever you call them. I have reported Ally Financial to the Florida Attorney General's office for the possibility of fraud.

Trying to get in touch with one of my neighbors. Interesting tactic. My number is unpublushed and I dont know those folks. Pretty interesting way to track people.....Told me they were recording the call.....I told them good now you have me recorded telling you not to ever call me again.

Lady called and asked for information or location of distant relative whom I have never met. I told her I never knew him. His name was similar to my husband's and we had gotten mis-directed mail of his before. This person shows up at an old address of mine because of this. I am guessing that is how they called me but my phone number is not published and it is also a cell phone.

Trying to contact someone who doesn't pay their car note and is probably gonna get repossessed. All you have to say is than you cannot help/do not know who they are looking for and they won't call again. If you do know who they are calling about, tell your family members to grow up and pay their bills!
