Caller left a message for unknown person to call back at same number. They also left a "reference number" to quote when calling but that reference number was nothing but a bunch of keyboard characters. I'd say they are likely scammers trying to portray themselves as a debt collection agency maybe?

A robot saying they are not a telemarking scam (Robocall) reported by


Not a real human speaking. The robot says “do not hang up, this is not a telemarketing scam” and then nothing after that, no human speaking. I called back and got a very angry woman telling me that I owe her money for a bank account that I never had. She will not let you speak, she will only yell and threaten you. She said police are being called to arrest me for the money and that my bank account will be canceled but no police ever arrived.

They’ll call you repeatedly until you answer and then they will accuse you of owing a lot of money for a service that you never signed up for (extreme fitness, etc). They’ll threaten you financially to scare you into making the payment. Do not answer calls from this number.
