Had similar calls from different number about six Months ago. Didn’t answer that one either. I don’t think IRS uses robocalls to contact miscreants.

Tried to get me to go to Best Buy and get them $4,800 to'fix' tax (Scam call) reported by 174.22.162.xxx
They answer the phone stating IRS how can I help you. Then they wanted my name and to know if I have social media accounts and the names on them. Then he wanted me to go to go to BEST BUY and call them once I was there they would tell me what to do but I needed to pay $4,800. Then he changed it to $5,000 for interest and fees. Once he figured out I was not falling for his scam he began to use the F$&@ word and say very vulgar things to me. I continued to call the number an additional 50 times to play their little game and he used very inappropriate words, I just sang and talked jibber jabber he was getting very angry. No the number is disconnected. Ha ha I win !
