917-285-7821 called my cell phone. A man with a heavy Pakistani accent told me this was regarding a "legal issue", he was a representative from the "US Treasury Department", and my house was in jeopardy! The number is now blocked from my cell phone!

Prank call reported by

I was told this was a US treasury officer Michael Smith, badge number 420069, case number CM100122. This man had Caribbean accent, told me I would be arrested in 45 min. They stated the local police were coming to arrest me to fulfill a warrant for information that was false on my tax returns. I hung up, they called me back stating they were the local police, officer Eric Williams, with the same accent. They called from my local police department non-emergency number. These are predators.
