Rothbright crypto scam online work whatsapp (Scam call) reported by Kelly Scott
phone number 530-682-4795 reached out via whatsapp saying there was an online job opportunity. they didn't ask for any personal information just that i confirm i had a ssn and was of age. then had me go to site https://rothbright.top/#/login and create an account. Here is where they had to make "commissions". You have to finish at least two orders of 40, then you can withdraw your funds. you can complete up to three 40 orders in one day. It seems easy and legit at first, but they do this to gain your trust. On the site, they have you just manufacturing ratings. First couple of times, i made around $300, then I won the jackpot which was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. In order to get your money, sometimes you would get lucky orders which would require you to deposit funds to make the account balance positive, then you could withdraw your money. When i wont he jackpot, i had to download all these crypto.com apps and coinbase and coinbase wallet. They said in order to get the jackpot, i needed to put 10% of the funds in my crypto.com wallet. My "trainer" (the person who helped me with everything, which was also part of the scam) advised they would help me with some of the funds. I never actually seen any funds from them. There is another chat called Millionaire base with a three digit number behind it. In this chat, multiple people are withdrawing money, so you think it is a legit online job. They actually lure you by giving you a little bit back before you have to start paying large amounts. They try to get to know you and share information about themselves, which is probably fake. After i blocked everyone, i started receiving multiple calls to my phone number from whatsapp callers. Other phone numbers included 443-200-8178 and 917-482-3322.
