Calls all day and always leaves a message. It's a recording of Morgan Freeman talking about health insurance. Keeps calling even after I say do not call again. Ridiculous

I get 8-10 calls/day. Callthem 10 times...hung up on 9 times when I said do not call me again. Finally spoke to Sea n who said he would take me off call list...LIED! Calls have increased. I will callagain & get all info needed to file charges! Have been on not dnc registry x1yr...pushed 2 to be taken off call list...am a licensed health insurance agent in 17 stated sell plans on & off marketpla's!
