The company using the number 919-813-2209 is Optimum Outcomes. They are a debt collection agency. I don't trust it because they ask for personal information before they tell you who they are and what they are calling for. I called the number after I politely told them that I wasn't giving them my personal info without additional information from them. I don't know what they wanted to get from me, but I'm not verifying my SSN, DOB, or address to anyone I don't know over the phone. Use caution as I don't know if they have a legitimate claim to a debt I owe.

Immediately asked me to confirm my DOB & address. I asked him to identify himself. He said he would after I confirmed my info. I said "That's not happening" and he hung up.
