I am so sad to see so many positive ratings because people don't realize this is typically NOT the NCSECU fraud department but rather a scammer spoofing their number. DO NOT GIVE THIS NUMBER ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Immediately HANG UP and call the NCSECU fraud department, they will verify for you whether or not it was actually them and whether or not you were receiving a scam call. A male called me and said there was a transaction made 10 minutes ago approximately _at that time of course) but I had been on my phone and holding my newborn...not online shopping though. They stopped my debit card and now I'm being mailed a new one by next week
