guy called me talking about duke energy savings program so i hung up and called duke energy. lo and behold it wasn't them, it was a scam call. Be safe out there

As in the other comments, this is someone pushing a device to let Duke power shut off the air conditioning in times of high load. Very pushy. I'm not convinced and don't want to give power over my unit to someone else.
