I ordered a free sample of Garcinia Cambodia was only suppose to be a charge for shipping but there was 3 charges. (2 extra for an e-book and colon cleanse) 2 weeks later another charge as I hadn't cancelled my order. I never saw anything about having to cancel well contacted them now all automated and with in minutes of getting off the phone I got a call from this number.

I didn't even use product for garcina go and coffee green both charged $5.97 shipment fee then an additional $92.92 and $92.97 to my card and when asked to speak with a manager or supervisor they don't have any available. And refused to give me a refund for products I don't use. They are fake and need to be shut down. I've called them 4 times within 24 hours and each person I spoke said that "my subscription" was cancelled and that I can not have a refund. They are horrible customer service and down right scammers.

I ordered a free sample of garcinia Cambodia, they purchased vitalcleanse on my behalf and charged me for it. Then took twice the funds for each product. Thought that was the end of the trouble but it wasn't two weeks later they have started using my credit card they are located in Antioch, CA but claim they are in Nevada. Most of my unauthorised transactions were in CA when I called them they laughed and denied any wrong doing and asked me to pay more money in order to cancel with them. The bank is investigating but I'm hundreds of dollars in debit from them. I've also reported to ACORN, when I told them karma would get them they laughed and said I'm not in a position to make that decision. Meaning they still have access to my account.

I am also fighting with them. They charged me $139.50. I am a single mom of two and cannot afford this charge. They told me I was suppose to call and let them know if I wanted to chancel. I only received it two days ago. The woman on the phone kept repeating that they can't do anything and a cancellation notice would be sent to me in my email. Scam!!!

Order free derma cream and they charge my cc for $ 97.21.because according to them when I got free stuff I must cancel within 14 days since I didn't so they put me on auto charge. And I never got anything in mail as well.

ordered a free sample on line, only paid shipping. got the free sample. there was no clear indication of on going automatic billing. next cc statement see billing for full price a mth later, not product was shipped...called got the bs about we don't do free samples etc. Never EVER order a free sample from any website....always a scam! They did cancel the auto billing, which I never signed up for...however I had to waste my valuable time & effort. And I had to pay for something I never wanted or received!!!

I joined a "free 14-day trial" from an ad on facebook. I did receive the product within 3 days, and also discovered 2 $89 withdrawals from my bank account. When I called the CS # I was informed they would only refund half of what they took. I see from: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-925-206-3849 that this # is used to push products from CAN health, Green Coffee Bean and the scam I fell for by Garcinia Researches, or NuPlenishskin-NuPlenisheye. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PEOPLE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AT ALL!!!!!

tel them you are going to report the to the BBB and the attorney general of your state. they react quickly. I got refunds and charges on the same days called them 4 times and they keep taking it out of my account, had to change debit cards twice now It Cosmetics and Ultimate Skin
