I do not live in the state they called from, nor have I ever been there. I have not purchased my own car (public transportation has worked for me) and am positive that it is some sort of scam. Blocked immediately.

yes, they are also calling from several other numbers all over the south and California, and you can never speak to a rep when you press '1'. We think this is part of the 'say yes' scam in the news: http://wane.com/2017/02/01/phone-scam-could-cost-you-money-just-by-saying-yes/
