I answered the call because I had previously indicated that I wanted to be on the DND and they continued to call. I answered and made an annoying noise for 30 seconds and they hung up. They then called back and made the same noise back at me, laughing before hanging up. I hope that it was a real service where they record the call.

Very rude woman who wanted to give me a deal on my student loan (which I don't have). Asked repeatedly for them to stop calling. Finally decided that if they were going to waste my time. I'd waste theirs. Kept her talking on the phone for about 10 to 15 minutes about my college experience and then suddenly realized, Gee I don't have student loans so please stop calling me. She got **** and tried to call every hour!!! She said she would keep calling and I that since I didn't know where she was there was nothing I can do about it. Blocked the number and reported it to the FCC. She
