I just got this call also. Came across my phone as restricted and then unavailable. I have no CC in arrears. I stay on top of it all to close for it to be real.

Left a message... "My file was routed to callers desk" about settling credit card debt. My balances are zero. Don't know if this is a phishing expedition or if they are just anticipating that most people have too much debt, pandemic, job loss, etc. but the fact that they had no real information makes it a scam in my book.
