he asked if I was "used my name" I said yes(big no no)…...he said that my braces I ordered were ready for shipment. I told him I did not order any and hung up, realizing later that I should not have said yes. Hoping they don't us my word for an answer to something bad. I am sure it was recorded.

Said his name was David, this has happened from many numbers in which this caller uses claiming to be from medicare. They overcharge your medicare as part of this scam in which you may get cheap substandard body braces. I think this call originates from India by a scammer who preys on those who have medicare. They already somehow have gotten your PRIVATE medical and personal information. Do not fall for this scam.

The caller, David, asked if I received my new Medicare card. I told him to stop calling because I was aware it was spam and he asked if I was crazy.

Said he was from Medicare! I told him Medicare does not call you. He said who told you that? I replied Medicare and hung up.
