Tried to verify my DOB (Unsolicited call) reported by


Received a call from a lady claiming to call from the Broward Health business office. For some reason she was not able to tell me what this call is about unless I "verify" my DOB with her. She also said they had sent me something in the mail but again could not tell me what this was without verifying my DOB. I told her I don't give strangers my personal information over the phone, so she suggested to give me a number for customer service to call back. When I asked her to connect me with customer service right away instead of having to call them back, she wished me a good day and hung up. VERY sketchy!!! If this call really came from the hospital they need to seriously work on their business conduct. How do you call someone but not tell them what you're calling for? Whatever it is they want from me, this is certainly not the way to get it.
