Called and said they were from Velocity and did not give a name or number. Demanded to see my boss and I put them on hold for 5 minutes and they hung up. Blackedlisted them after on landline.

We spoke to Velocity ONCE over SIX MONTHS ago and they still call every few weeks demanding business owner. Told them multiple times we're not interested.

Person stated he wanted to try to get me a refund of service fees from a credit card service I had terminated years ago. When he began telling me the dates I had used this service the were totally incorrect.
