A man said he was from comcast Xfinity. He was distracted, talking and laughing with someone in the background during the call. He asked what I used the internet for and offered an upgrade. I asked why Comcast was calling from a 917 Area code if he was from Comcast. He said it was just marketing and that he was really just from comcast. I hung up.

He was keep offering to check if my TV box is properly activated. I am middle of remodeling and did not want to connect it now but keep asking to do it and telling me you will keep getting this call till they check. I told him I will call Comcast when I connect it in the future. He wanted me to schedule so they will call me. My phone caller ID was showing "potential scam". I wasn't sure this was scam or not. But he was so anointing.
