false representation to sell what you didn't sign up for (Scam call) reported by

They tried to say that we signed up for an extended warranty when we recently purchased our new vehicle a few months ago. Even claimed they had all of the information about us and the vehicle on file, but refused to read any of the information they had, aside from our home address. I had all the paperwork from our agreement at the time of purchase. I pulled my file out and no where did I sign an agreement to extend my warranty. When I questioned him about this he just over talking me. So I then requested that his company should should me all the information thru the mail to 'read over and consider the purchase. He then told me that he could NOT send any information until we put a deposit down for this extended warranty and that we would have 30 days to review the policy and if we weren't satisfied we would get a full refund 100% guarantee. I told him that I would NOT give him a deposit until I had all the information on the policy in hand, as I have a right by law to do so. He then became very unprofessional raising his voice and his exact words were "Well without payment you can't get our information, we're going in circles here, so I'll just remove you damn vin number from our system and when your car breaks down... and it will... best of (f word) luck to you then." And then he hung up
