I do have BCBS but, I’ve answered their “survey” multiple times (No) and they keep calling me back with the same questions. (Not human). I don’t think it’s legit. Very NON-BCBS-like. I blocked ‘em.

I received this call because I'd contacted customer service a few days prior. This was some sort of follow up survey to that. I would not consider this spam or unsolicited. Annoying, sure, but harmless.

It was a legit call for me. Have you contacted customer service for blue cross within the past week or two of receiving this? In my case, I had and that was what it was looking to do a survey for. Asking me to rate my experience with customer service. My call was 7:30 at night, but a weekday.
