"Non-profit" that is part of a net of similarly named "charities" all operated by the same company wherein 90% of their proceeds go to their *overhead*. Because a small fraction does actually go to charity, they are exempt from DNC rules. Best to contact a charity of your choice and donate to them directly. Ignore these pests.
