973-368-9700 just called our business after closing hours. Caller ID comes up as "COGNIZANT TECHN". Upon further review of our Caller ID logs it seems that they have called our business, after closing hours, at the same time everyday for the last 7 days but have never once left a message. Will be blocking the number immediately, as no one here has Blue Cross or Blue Shield, and has never heard of or dealt with anyone called Cognizant.

Robo call, however when a rep finally does come on the line they're very rude and want to argue when you ask them to stop calling. they think there's nothing wrong with calling a person shortly after 6 a.m.to sell you something and then argue it's not unlawful for them to call that early. STOP CALLING PERIOD IS WHAT I SAY!!!
