Called at 8:30PM. I explained I had to go into work at 3:30AM. Caller kept trying to get me to answer various questions. I explained again that I had to be at 3:30AM and I only had 6-hours to sleep. AGAIN the caller explained how short the survey was. YES I hung up. (I DID offer him an option to call me at a given time but to no avail.) FKO, I am blocking ANYONE unwilling to appease me.

Late evening unsolicited call, asking me to confirm my identity but they wouldn't identify themselves or the purpose of the call. Could here other people in the background having similar conversations with what I perceive are other people being called. Hung up after making final request for them to identify themselves.

Caller knew my first last name and internet provider, told me he wanted to review my account to see if i was getting the best service. I told him that I had already compared services and was happy with what I had... caller rudely said, Mr xxxxxxx I haven't even told you about any of our offers yet" I rephrased my answer, I did not say that you did, but I have compared your service and am happy with what I have. at which point he raised his voice, Mr xxxxxxx, Mr xxxxxx... he wouldnt let it go. I said thank you and hung up... got a follow up call from (402) 496-1484 about an hour later which i did not answer but google tells me that it is also from Spectrum. Caller was rude unprofessional and persistent... likely a Scam call
