WellCare. Asked for me by name and DOB to verify (Robocall) reported by Marcel
This number by WellCare is not functional. Apparently it auto-called to verify our temporary address (outside the WellCare/Medicare medication plan area). Since I was expecting their call - I spoke, then also key-typed the DOB. The automated response was: You are not in our system. To resolve the issue I had to call the WellCare number that I had on my medication card and the live rep updated my info.

Unmade machine that clearly doesn't have all of my information and clearly trying to gather information for a phishing scam. I have now blocked this number and reported it as spam on my phone and will receive no more communications from it.

Got this call from a customer service representative who wanted my permanent address. After waiting for 18 minutes the call was hung up from his end. This was the fifth time they had called for the same information. Checked with Wellcare site to ensure they had my correct permanent address and they did.

Says it's Wellcare (my provider), had my address. Asked for DOB for confirmation and claimed I was outside their service area (not true). Didn't go any further - scam.
