This is Cigna call this number back to talk to a health advocate. (Robocall) reported by EHR
Robot told me to call this other number because they were Cigna and you needed to speak to whoever was at that number. It was kind of concerning so I called this number back and started getting asked all sorts of questions in order to speak to a health advocate???? I'm not sure how I did it but I didn't answer anything and ended up speaking to a live person. Who was not helpful at all. I was like what is this and who has been calling me. She said it was Cigna and needed to know who was on the phone. I'm notsure if this is a scam or not but it sure was uncomfortable to be asked personal questions the way the operator was and not be reassured as to who it was I was actually speaking too. I ended up saying never mind I'm not giving out this information and hanging up.
