Andersen Windows (Scam call) reported by Candy
They have called me 10 times a day, called 6 days a week, claims from Andersen Windows, but I checked it, and it isn't who they say they are!!! It is fraud, scaming, spoofing, and after they've told they are not supposed to be able to call me, because I'm on the, "DO NOT CALL LIST", and I blocked them. Yet they still get through to me with another number! This time I did answer them this time, because of the area code number, just to tell them go to "7734"! Of course it was them, trying to sell me Andersen Windows, again! But this time they got an ear full! After they ID themselves, and I asked why do you keep calling me 10 times a day, 6 days a week. One said, because they can! I said my answer is the same! No, I do not want those Windows, but they tried to claim that I contacted them for an appointment to install these windows, I'm supposed to have done it by phone and/or email! After he kept on and on about it, I took my whistle out of my pocket and I blew my whistle as hard as I could into my speaker on my phone. So that they could hear the sound real loud, that I heard the phone drop! I don't think they will be calling me for awhile! LOL The area Area Code is (980), most of the time it is this area code and Area Code and Prefix (Exchange) is (980) 294! There are 12 counties including Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Cabarrus and Iredell on the western side and lower part of NC, and upper part of SC, but that is about as far as I can go with this number. This is a Suspicious area code when I get the calls! To narrow it down to the city by the Area Code and Prefix (Exchange) is (980) 294,for the City is: Wingate,NC! It is only 27.87 miles from Wingate to Charlotte. Wingate is a town in Union County, North Carolina and a suburb of the city of Charlotte. Also I have found that at least one reverse lookup stated this number is a scam!
